We know that you can't wait to get your Star Story. We can't wait for you to get it either because as soon as you do, we know that you'll want to show it off to all your friends. The most common question that people ask us is "How long until I get my Star Story?", so we developed the following turnaround policy.
Turnaround
All Star Story apparel items are created and shipped within 7 business days of the time you place your order. If you need your Star Story faster than that, you can call us and we may be able to accomodate you, but at high volume times, 7 days is typical.
Shipping
We ship to the United states via UPS Ground and internationally via UPS International. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Every Star Story is packaged individually and comes with a beautiful Starologie EuroTote and a customized Star Story card. If you want expedited shipping please call us at 1.888.642.7773.
