Return Policy
Star Story Apparel - Every Star Story item is custom made when you order it so we cannot provide a refund for any reason other than in the rare case manufacturing defect. Starologie inspects each item to ensure it meets our standard of high quality. If, however, you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days of order, please return the item for a replacement or a full refund.
For all returns, please fill out the return form below and send it with the item. Also, make sure that all items are sent via traceable and/or insurable methods as we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
