Starologie on TV

Starologie has been getting some really nice media coverage lately and whenever I can, I will post the video clips to this blog and to the press section on our website. This is us on Pittsburgh Today Live. Michele, Melissa, and myself. The great thing about seeing the Star Story shirts in person or on tv is that you can really see the sparkle and the star-like effect of the crystals when the light hits them from different angles.

My wife and I got married on June 23rd, 2007 on Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh and our first anniversary was rapidly approaching. Then in May I met one of the founders of Starologie, and she was wearing a shirt which depicted the formation of the stars in the sky over her hometown on the date and time she was born. She explained to me what it meant. I immediately knew what I was going to get my wife as an anniversary present. I gave it to her when she got home from work that evening. She loved it. She read the card that I gave her with it and began to cry, because she was so touched by the card and the shirt. She had actually stopped on the way home to buy a new top to wear out to dinner that evening. However, she quickly scrapped that idea and wore her Starolgie shirt. I would advise anyone who is looking for a special, unique gift to give to someone to find a date and time that was special in that person's life and have Starologie design a shirt for that person

I received a starologie "wonder" with my son's birthday - March 28, 1986 Philadelphia, PA on it . It brought back so many memories and it is just wonderful. Everyone wants to know about the story of the Shirt and I am more than willing to oblige. There is nothing more personal or special and it goes with everything. The perfect gift for any occasion!!!!!!

Starologie: The Beginning

When I created the first Star Story Tee for my girlfriend Melissa, I never imagined that in less than 6 months, I would be starting a company to sell them around the world or that the reaction would be so positive. In that short time, we have had a lot of breakthroughs, our first press release, blog mention, media appearances and international orders. But even more importantly, we've seen the most beautiful, inspiring Star Stories. We've seen parents remember the birth of their children, couples remember the first time they met , and best friends celebrate the special times they've shared.

A Star Story can be about anything. It can be a moment that was special only to you, or something that is shared by millions of people. I gave Melissa a Star Story from the day she was born because, growing up together, we have shared so many special times, that I just couldn't pick one over the other.

This blog is intended to be our Star StoryBook. If you want to share your Star Story, send it to us at story@starologie.com and we will post it here for everyone to see. Send a picture or a short video of your Star Story if you have one or better yet, upload them to flickr or youtube and send us a link. As a thank you for sharing, we will pick our favorite Star Story each month and send that person a free Limited Edition Star Story Tee and possibly feature their Star Story on our home page. If you want to be considered for the tee, please include your contact information. We won't post it or share it with anyone.
