Our Story

The first of its kind, the Star Story Tee was created by founder Ryan Mitchell after a frustrating search for a unique gift to give his girlfriend Melissa left him empty handed. Inspired by the ancient and romantic ways that civilizations have charted the stars for thousands of years Ryan decided to create Melissa's own unique Star Story from the pattern of the stars in the sky on the date of her birth. His unique gift to her which he presented on a shirt was the very first Star Story to ever be created. Melissa was deeply touched to receive such an extraordinary display of love that she encouraged Ryan to further develop his Star Story Tee and create Starologie to help others share their unique and timeless Star Stories with each other.

The company is now currently selling their product online at spas and boutiques nationwide. With the popularity and demand of the Star Story Tee, Starologie has launched a line of Limited Edition Star Story Tees that feature the star patterns over special events celebrated throughout the world. The first ever Limited Edition Star Story Tee to be offered from Starologie, the Limited Edition Olympic Star Story Tee, features the stars as they will shine over the Beijing Olympic Games during the Opening Ceremony on August 8, 2008.
